I find paying through paypal so convenient - sounds like a good idea.

pootlepod · 30/10/2005 13:37

Pootlepods DH here!

Take a look at www.mals-e.com which is a free shopping basket system that can link to a variety of payment service providers including Paypal.

It's not perfect but the basic version is free and that makes a big difference when you're trying to make a profit! There's a lot of online help available but feel free to contact me via DW (bet that's the first time that acronym's been used ) if you need.

Hope this helps

I'm playing with free web building software called bluevoda at the moment - it's really good because it's wysiwyg so you don't need any experience, you just work on it on your pc then upload it to your webspace - the templates are fab, look at these that would look great on a craft site floral templates

You can host your site for free on jamroll

And you can get loads of free fun stuff such as forums, guestbooks & counters etc.. that you just copy and paste into your site on bravenet

Yorkie there is an option with Paypal to put add to basket buttons on each item by cutting and pasting HTML code. I use a WYSIWYG web design thing and havn't figured out how to add code yet.

Website is looking good .

I am having the same problem, but also would anyone know where to get a pull down menu. I am having to do other stuff when I want a pull down.I am using sitebuilder.

Skribble · 08/11/2005 21:46

Site builder is that with moonfruit?

jayzmummy · 08/11/2005 21:57

Skribble...as you know I am building my site with moonfruit....how do I add paypal?

Skribble · 08/11/2005 22:19

Can't figure it out, but on the Paypal site you can get the option of a add to cart button but it involves HTML and I am not sure how to add it to pages, try the forum on Moonfruit. I use the invoicing method. They send me and order via the order form on my site, I go to my Paypal account page and send a detailed invoice to their e.mail and they pay direct to paypal. I never see the details so it is totally secure.

You can upgrade with Moonfriut and get the shopping basket with them.

jayzmummy · 08/11/2005 22:22
