Hello

Just that really - my birthday is coming up and I would like vouchers for a nice fabric shop/website.

Just wondered if there were any online shops that you use regularly and would recommend.

Thanks

acctually i use ebay for online fabric. lots of retailers have a shop on ebay. not sure that would help with vouchers tho.

I hear ebay is best really, people could put money into your paypal account (I think this is possible?!) but I LOVE this shop here

Ebay or Terry's Fabrics

I was looking at Fabric Rehab earlier today coldcomfortheart - just gorgeous!

Are there any particular sellers on Ebay that you all regularly use?

I use American sites for the most part. Sometimes etsy, often www.fabricworm.com and fabricshack.com, as well as www.pinkchalkfabrics.com

Oh, and if you do buy from the states, it's worth doing the sum. Most packages get stopped for customs, but the largest part of the customs fee is the handling fee (something like £8). If you order enough fabric to completely fill the envelope, it's always cheaper than the UK, but if you're only ordering a yard or two, it'll be more expensive. If you contact retailers, they're usually happy to talk to you about filling a flat rate box, which works out cheaper again per yard, but you can get something like 25 yards of fabric in a flat rate box, so only worth it if you're ordering lots!

equilter.com is great. I also found a fab UK store called Favourite Fabrics on ebay - gorgeous fabrics and the trims are lovely.
