All my life i have kept 'bit'n'bobs'..and scraps of 'this'n'that'...bits of lace...ribbon.....sparkly bits....bits of lovely christmas cards...buttons....etc....etc...
I have always been 'crafty'...but found most crafts i started...became too 'time consuming'...taking up too much space etc.....
So over the past few months i have 'lurked' on this board (after actually having the privalege of meeting J'sM ...and us chatting about her cards etc....)..... and then i began buying a few bits ready to start making cards.
Now i am at the point where i can churn a few out...but am finding that i still feel that whatever card i do ...i spend too long deliberating over what bits and bobs to use.....
so i guess i need MORE! MORE! MORE! of EVERYTHING!!!!
PEACHYCLAIR.... that friend you mentioned that bundles stuff for a fiver... would she do something for me....infact J'sM etc...would you???
As what strikes me when i am looking in all the craft shops is that i want a bit of this...a little of that...and it's all in packs of 10 or 20...so i leave it on the rack...as i'm not wanting to 'mass produce' 10 of the same design...i fancy making each card different...so this is where i guess those of you who have already a stash to be proud of...who could bundle a selection together... to 'inspire' me????
But...going back to my lifelong habit of hoarding 'all that glitters'...or living by the phrase 'that will come in handy'.... well...i def think i have at last found the hobby to make full use of that 'squirelling' of bric-a-brac!!!
