Hi first time poster so please bare with. I had my "12 week scan" at 13+2 Tuesday along with normal Down syndrome testing and the standard blood test. Got told everything looked good with baby and on the way out booked an appointment with a consultant for 15+4 (not sure why) got my scan results back for Down syndrome and edwards syndrome all low risk. But this morning I get a letter for an appointment Friday? At 14+5 but there's no indication what for?
The bottom of the letter says

"Due to current restrictions, it is not possible for anyone to accompany you to this appointment.
However, at the consultant's discretion, your partner or supportive relative / friend may be allowed
to join you for any counselling received following the scan in a separate area whereby social
distancing can be achieved. This friend will be called to join you after your scan. Children are not
allowed to attend this appointment."

Should I be worried?? Do they put this on all their letters? I can't phone till Monday since it's the weekend now. But I'm going out of my mind with stress. Would they just have changed the clinic? I'm sure they would have just said in the letter your appointment has been changed/rearranged.
I didn't think I was High risk etc.
we've had one previous missed-miscarriage at 8 weeks and 3 early (before 6weeks) losses and my BMI is ever so slightly unhealthy but only by 0.5. If anyone can provide any input or help ease my mind for the next 48 hours that would be great 😩

Has just the scan come back with low risk or scan + bloods came back as low risk?

my scan was fine, nuchal measurement 1.7 or 1.9, everything else fine etc, but after a few days they called me with high risk for scan + bloods. They talked to me on the phone about options and I chose the nipt, the non invasive genetic screening, a blood test. I took that and came back as low risk.

so maybe the app is to explain about your options?

that is what is says here

If your screening test returns a lower-chance result, you should be told within 2 weeks. If it shows a higher chance, you should be told within 3 working days of the result being available.

This may take a little longer if your test is sent to another hospital. It may be worth asking the midwife what happens in your area and when you can expect to get your results.

You will be offered an appointment to discuss the test results and the options you have.

If the test comes back as high risk you have 3 options: do nothing, get the nipt, get an amnio/cvs. I’d opt for nipt first bc if it comes back high, they’ll offer the amnio/cvs again. Better a non invasive test first, if it comes back low risk, then it’s all good.

if this is the case they should have probably called you and explained, not just a letter with an app.

I don’t think it’s anything else, scan was good, so the bloods came back with some risk.

ask about the blood results in detail, and see if you got low Papp-a (lower than 0.5nmol), ask about baby aspirin, and extra growth scans. This test, on its own, is a marker for different risks:
