My daughters Scan at 13 weeks said all was normal then blood results came in and said she was increased risk for T21
she has had a screening blood test today, for three abnormalities I believe. Now have to wait two weeks for results. Can anyone shed any light on numbers, have put on pic of results?
she is in bits and I am struggling to keep my eyes from welling up she’s only 21, she had low Papp-a in first pregnacy. But had healthy baby girl who’s now 2. Born week early at 6lb 5oz
has anyone else been or going through this waiting times?

I'm no expert in this but 1 in 142 is only just above the threshold for further testing. Realistically you might have a stressful couple of weeks waiting for test results but I would not be assuming the worst.

I had a 1 in 5 risk for T21 with my first. Scan and NF were all normal, but bloods showed a huge gap between PappA and HCG (PappA was something like 0.19 and HCG was 4.8) this is what have gave such a high risk factor. I had an amnio at 15 weeks and paid extra to have a full testing panel. All came back clear and she is now a healthy 5 year old.
The low PappA caused restricted growth and I also developed pre-eclampsia (possibly because of low PappA, possibly because I have a heart condition, which was unknown at the time), so she was born small (4.6) and a little early (36+3).

Looking at the test results you posted there is a significant gap between PappA and HCG, so that is probably why the risk factor is 'high'. Like a PP said though, it's only just over the threshold of what's considered normal risk.

Thank you, glad to hear all went well for you, think this is the longest two week wait ever.
