@geriatricmum2 hello. I am in a similar boat, albeit a little higher at 0.3 for hcg and 0.5 for papp a. I can't find a lot of research for low hcg at 12 weeks and papp a is a mixed bag. NT is a good sign though! We are going to get the NIPT test to get some more answers. Good luck x

Thankyou for your reply. I hope everything works out for you. By the sounds of it your PAPPA is just on the cusp of what they feel is to be monitored. I think my age is knocking my screening numbers up also. I'm not doing great with this news. I'm trying but it's hard. I've lost two pregnancies one in January this year and another in April. This one all seems ok on scans it's just the hormones.

@geriatricmum2 I totally understand. I had a t18 pregnancy in June so these numbers have thrown me a bit.

Hopefully we just have small but perfect babies headed our way! Keep us updated. X

Ah rosed1008. That must have been so hard. So you know exactly the feelings. I hope all is ok! My NIPT came back inconclusive yesterday and luckily they took 2 lots of blood viles so are testing the second one. It could be there isn't enough baby DNA in my blood or general human error that they blood wasn't either transported right, or whatever, they said they weren't given a reason from the labs. Good luck to you x
