Hello everyone,

I’m 38 and currently at 14 weeks. My husband and I have been trying for the past six years with unsuccessful IVFsand IUIs. miraculously, I was pregnant Naturally after finishing antibiotics for Ureaplasma. :) We have both been ecstatic but it quickly turned into a worryzone.

It’s been a very stressful pregnancy which I’m sure everyone can attest to. From a positive beta blood test to then waiting for heartbeat and then 12week scan...

My screening result for the combined testing came back as positive (not necessarily high or low risk). I was given a probability of 1:180 and comment was that at my age alone, odds are 1:150 and the cut off as noted as 1:180.

I will be taking the Harmony Test but I was wondering if anyone has had high bHCG. All the websites I’ve tried googling only has around 2-4 Mom as the highest.

My results: 12 weeks 3 days
Nuchal Measurement: 0.65 MoM (1.1mm)
Free bHCG: 9.05 MoM (363.9 Iu/L)
PAPP-A: 0.59 MoM (1.70 IU/L)
PIGF (1T): 1.43 MoM (45.0 pg/mL)
MS-AFP (1T): 0.86 MoM (13.0 ug/L)

Has anyone had success with similar numbers above? Does high bHCG indicate high possibility for Down syndrome or other pregnancy problems? And is 0.59 for Papp-A considered low? Some websites say .5 or greater is considered normal. While a lot of people seem to average at around 1.01 MoM for both of these elements.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you. Smile

Sorry, I meant cut off on the blood test says it’s 1:350 and not 1:180. Shock
