Hi There
I'm new to this forum but hoping for some advice / reassurance
I've had a rocky journey to becoming a mum after 2 miscarriages I had a daughter in 2009 then after another 3 miscarriages I was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder "antiphospholipid syndrome" I'm now 20 weeks pregnant and taking aspirin and heparin. Everything looked normal at my scan apart from the baby's 'femur' measurements are only showing as on the 3rd centile. I have done a bit of internet research and feel totally petrified now there may be a problem with the baby. I have a referral to 'fetal medicine' in 2 weeks but meanwhile i'm climbing the walls. I would appreciate any experiences good or bad you can share. I just can't quite believe this is happening after all the stress I've been through ):

My private scan measured at 54 mm. Ah you have lots of positives then :) with the bones and head size. Yeah my baby didn't cooperate at all on the 12 week scan. That's great your baby is more likely to be small! Goodluck with your appt! I'm hammering foods high in calcium now!x

Ah really that's great that must of til them up over the 10th percentile surely? Just shows you how much a few mms can change everything. Me too apparently high calcium and protein can help so I'm trying! Thanks good luck with with yours on Friday let us know how you get on x

I know it’s been like 2 years, but how were things in the end?
