We have angry aggressive neighbours.Their tree destroyed the party wall,they refused to put it right .We paid for it ,their ivy is allowed to grow up the side of our house and destroys the pebble dash.Wbat can I do ?

If their ivy is on your property you can cut it back, but don’t just chuck the clippings into their garden that’s classed as fly tipping. If you want to be reimbursed for the damage to your party wall you’d have to sue them.
