Worried I have harmed baby?

Hi everyone,
I am due in about 4 weeks time. I don't know the sex yet but will refer to be y as he/him in this thread. My baby has been positioned unusually throughout this entire trimester. I have been doing a lot of the spinning babies exercises to try and turn him. It seemed that he may have turned the other day, but upon closer inspection I felt he had only turned transverse, so last night I was back at it again with the handstands and the propping up of the hips on pillows.
While I had my hips propped up on 2 couch cushions, I could feel and see my baby trying to move around. There were limbs poking out in different places. It didn't look natural or comfortable for baby. I continued to lie in the position for about 10 or 15 mins, hoping it would finally do its flip. I don't think it was able to. For the rest of the evening it's movements were reduced and my bump felt kind of tight. By the time I went to bed he was beginning to move around as normal and this morning the movements are as frequent as ever.
I am worried now that I have injured him or caused him harm in some way.
Looking for reassurance really if anyone has some. I have not been able to stop worried from start to finish in this pregnancy unfortunately. I had an unbelievable trauma after my last baby was born, and I suppose the PTSD is raising its ugly head now.
Thanks guys

Phone your midwife or go in if you're worried and then they can check or scan.

Absolutely will not have harmed them but you can always ask for a check if worried!

I think it's probably fine, but if you are worried contact the midwifery team just for reassurance Flowers
