To not care that we've just given the neighbourhood something to cringe at!?

All the windows are open, eldest DC's are staying at their Dad's, DH and I haven't had a night without DC's for a long time for one reason or another. I had a hysterectomy 7 months ago, so things have been 'sensitive' in the bedroom department recently. We've just had the most amazing session, as things are getting back to normal now, and I really let rip, almost screaming and everything!

Thing is, a few years ago I would have been worried what the neighbours thought, but I really don't care - AIBU!?

YANBU - everybody has their windows open at the moment. Happy marital sex sounds is much better than the desperate crying or a vicious row drifting in to the night air.

Night before last I think some couple on our street was having some sort of major session I had my head out of the window trying to work out if I should call the police thinking someone was being attacked but then realised that both parties were expressing themselves....

proudnsad · 10/07/2010 11:08

TMI

Triggles · 10/07/2010 11:08

I look at it this way... I'd rather hear that briefly through an open window than couples fighting. The fighting can go on for hours, even all day. Whereas sex usually can't... (or if it can, then I'm more than ...

LOL we did that last night.

Had to be in the lounge cause the baby is in our room. It has been a while and it was good.

Wasn't until afterwards I realised all the doors and windows were open.

Agree with everyone else, don't worry about it. I am certainly not going to!

PurpleLostPrincess · 10/07/2010 11:24

Almost... well, yes I was screaming, shouting, groaning, you know - expressing myself

'session' yuck!

Saggyoldclothcatpuss · 10/07/2010 23:41

Your nickname is hairytriangle and you think the word 'session' is yuck?!
I'd love a good loud seeing to, but with two teens in the house, and mum and dad living next door, we have to be fairly restrained!

PurpleLostPrincess · 11/07/2010 00:14

You poor thing Saggy!

DD1 often stays at her Dad's but now that DS is 16, he doesn't go as often, so we literally told him to stay at a friends in the end as we needed some 'time alone'. He knew exactly what we meant, thankfully he doesn't embarass easily lol! DD2 is fab and goes to bed quite early generally and she would sleep through an earthquake, and her room is the other side of the house to us, thank goodness!!

I can't imagine my parents living so close!!!

What would you name it then hairytriangle? I'm ingrigued now!!!??
