I find myself getting into arguments with people who say they don't believe in UFOs.

"I don't believe in UFOs"

"Oh, really? So you don't believe that it is possible to see something in the sky and think, hmm, I wonder what that is, I can't tell."

Because U. F. O. means unidentified flying object. aka something in the sky that when you look at it you cannot identify it.

Could be a weather balloon, a little plane really really high up, one of those annoying lantern things...
