To wonder why me fancying gravy and chips is a problem?

I am tired and hungover. I want stodge. DH neglected to tell me he had froze the chicken, so there was no Sunday Roast today.

When he asked what we were doing for dinner instead I said I fancied gravy and chips from the Chinese.

He said he wanted something we could all share. I told him to order himself and dd2 something and that I just wanted gravy and chips.

He's slammed the door and sitting in mood now

Why? I don't understand what the problem is? I haven't said he can't have what he wants. What difference does it make what I get?

I am confused

Not that anyone was asking. I just like gravy a lot and this post made me think about it for a while

My friends mum (an RGN) is going to do it. He has just came in to tell me. He seems happy now.

Fuck knows why he couldn't have just rang the pub earlier like I suggested.
