Cameras on nights out...and then the pictures on fb.

I went out on sunday night, vaguely remember my friend had a camera.

Yesterday i got a text saying "the pictures are up girls"

Went onto FB and it is full of pictures from sunday, no one wants to see them selves when they are drunken and hideous. There are pictures of me drinking from a jug FFS.

I know you are probably thinking 'Why get drunk then? its your own fault'

Well I had tons of fun and I wasn't THAT drunk.

How do I tell people to leave the camera at home without sounding like a killjoy?

I am so pleased that I got married and had my hen do in the days before FB. Now, people seem to get married and their friends post their (generally crap) photos of the day while the couple are still on honeymoon.

I know it's quite bridezilla of me, but I would not have wanted unedited photos of me at my wedding on the internet.

Unless I was looking particularly wonderful, slim and beautiful in them. Then feel free.

Am not keen on having my picture taken either, had even got the random arm movement in front of face down to a fine art, that is until technology got all well, technological on me and the pic gets taken before I notice (damn those tiny phones and noiseless cameras). Though am pretty lucky with most of my friends as they ask before adding anything to FB.

Ozziegirly, my sister had exactly that. By the time she got back from her 2 day honeymoon practically her entire wedding had been documented over FB and a couple of other sites and she hadn't even gotten her photos back to ooooh and ahhh over. Some were really nice but she was not impressed.

I truly hate this too...
esp when I was single and somone I fancied was in my friends list

I am really good friends with a couple who are both repeat offenders and they purposely wait until everyone is pissed to start taking photos, they are both annoyingly very skinny and photogenic - they had a party at thier flat once and had a wooden bottle opener in the shape of a cock which we were messing about with and gesticulating with whilst pissed - v funny at 1 in the morning - not so funny the ne for next day on FB for my mum/ex-in laws and colleagues to see
