I think its fake. That was my instint when I heard it. A toddler smoking maybe but its the 40 a day that makes it sound fake.

It just makes me laugh that the Mail reports this without checking the source etc - and it's not even in this country, it's just the old doom and gloom reporting that gets my goat.
