AIBU to be cranky that the best threads are being pulled before they're even finished?

Two days in a row when I finally get a chance to MN for an hour or two and the best threads going (read funny not abusive)have been pulled while I'm still reading?

Or should I take a speed reading course?

I have found an unusual number of strage men concealed in my bush. I have no banana so I think they see me as safe.

But...but .... those threads were ever so dreadfully dull, total waste of bandwidth. Better off in the tip.
One hankers after good, old fashioned, proper trolls; the ones that were tres risque and funny and clever.... to a point. The new ones are duller that dishwater and one rightfully presumes the trolling has gone to the dogs.
Why, if the average IQ of the wanna-be-trolls falls two points below your semi-ripe tomato, things are dire indeed....

aaaah, thanks for all the concern! just to let you know DP thoroughly enjoyed his Banana Loving- it took his mind off the Japanese knotweed- and we are both sure that fruit wanking will spice up our love lives no end
