My vegetarian girlfriend has no vegetable peeler

I've been seeing this person for about two months now, and have known that she's been vegetarian for many years.

I've just found out that she has no vegetable peeler.

What should I do?

if you want her to try meat- bacon sandwiches. The downfall of many vegetarians. Especially ones who don't like veg.

do people really peel veg whist at home?

i mean, i thought that was just a restaurant thing....

Hmm, OP it all depends on her other qualities.

If it is just the peeler, and perhaps she helps you out with childcare and runs herself ragged and cooks for you then YABU.

And it is perfectly possible to be a vegetarian who does not like vegetables.

I was veggie for 5 years. I lived off eggs cheese and pastry.

I haven't got a veg peeler either, but I eat all kinds of vegetables. Never found a single occasion on which I have needed to peel a vegetable. Why would you?
