Here it is

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1278310/Children-phone-999-report-mother-drunk-stand-up.html

The poor children were so frightened and scared that they had to call the Police This is a woman who should know better in authority. Even drunk i would never ever tell my dd such nasty things like this. Hope that she gets help that she needs and has to really prove that she can be a good mum. Reall the mentality of some people

iremember does your mother still drink?

iremember · 15/05/2010 08:56

She does and I ignore her....she got very drunk one christmas at my sisters house. She dissappeared and we realised she had taken herself home ...I jumped in the car and drove after her.....followed her all the way, she was totally oblivious to me....

Dad died 13 years ago and after that I idnt really need to be nice to her any more but i still felt responsible....i used to be nice for dads sake

my mother chose the wrong road, she had a brilliant mind, and she really wanted to do the right thing, but she chose the wrong path, and my dad wasnt strong enough to put his foot down, or even see what was happening....

She ruined a lot of things for me as a child but made me the strong person I am today. My stomach turns though whenever I see that look in a drunks eye...the look of unpredictability....which way are they going to go...Happy drunks are good, social drinking I can deal with, I drink myself in v small quantities (to be polite if you like)

I just remember the farking knocks on the bathroom door and me trying to sneak the bottle away from her when i thought she had fallen asleep and her suddenly waking up and snatching it back....glaring at me (one eye open- probably because she was so drunk she was seeing double!!!)
