I had a an eptopic 7y ago next month and a miscarrage 6y ago in july, a week after ds birthday, and i ALWAYS remember the dates when they happened and the dates they were due. No-one else notices, even dp, and it hurts so much, especially when other people give birth/announce their pg around these sad times.
My dad said to me "at least it happened now, and not 8 month down the line" when i had mc, and this still upsets me to this day.
Why dont you get a hellium balloon, and let it float up to the sky, thats what i do, and it feels as if im letting them know i think about them.
I am thinking about you at this sad time xxx

My daughter would have been 17 on 24th May.

She died aged one month and one day.

Hard, isn't it?
