I saw a young woman today with a tattoo on her shoulder that said "Daddy's little girl". AIBU to find that rather creepy?

It's great if she loves her Dad, but anyone who is old enough to have a tattoo is no longer a "little girl", surely.

"I think that people are very sad and ignorant when they have pre-conceived ideas about people's appearances"

ikwym: don't judge a book by it's cover. But a lot of people do express themselves by how they look.

tinypaws, if you are still about..

ive had work done in belfast city skinworks on queen street and aristic tattoos on cregagh road, but my last 2 have been done by albert, he's down in carrick now in nautica tattoo studio and he's fab. he did a fantastic cover up for me and i'll keep using him for other work i want done
like petisa says, you should go and have a good chat with the artist and see some of their preious work, get them to draw up a few designs etc

I just feel that, when she is 60, having a tatoo that refers to herself as "little girl" is well, ludicrous.

Miggsie - That's why there are such a things as removal and cover ups.

I know most people on this thread love their tattoos, BUT in case you don't, I had a couple of small ones removed, for free, yesterday.

Have a look at my thread I started in case you don't like them anymore here.

I don't work for sk:n by the way

StephysFamous · 16/04/2010 20:35

would be rather appropriate for the woman with said tattoo
I had a good laugh when I heard this.

Harleyd, my last 2 tats were done in Belfast City Skinworks as were my piercings.

Very clean and very friendly. Would reccommend them to anyone.

Now just have to decide if I want me new tat in enlish or irish.....decisions decisions
