to expect Truprint to protect images of my dd?

Just recieved an empty envelope from Truprint / Snapfish in post - which means that nearly 100 pictures of my 15 month daughter are missing somewhere...

It's not something I'd ever thought about but don't Truprint have a duty of care to make sure that pictures of children don't get into the wrong hands? In the instance the wrong hands are anyones but mine!

Customer services apologised and are sending replacements by registered post but it's made me think about who develops the pictures and what protection is in place?

Perhaps Truprint could offer registered post at an extra £1 - 2 to parents who want to restrict who sees images of their children?

Anyone else had problems?

Well, it's annoying and inconvenient, but I don't think it's worth worrying about anything sinister happening.

they probably just forgot to put them in the envelope
I doubt the postie nicked them

I think you are worrying over nothing, if you are that concerned perhaps you should use a developing service in a shop so you can drop off and collect your prints.

Don't be silly

Take your snaps in for a one hour collection service if you're that bothered, and stop being so paranoid.
