Some small bloody electronic thing is beeping in my living room every 10 minutes or so. One tiny little beep that I CAN'T TRACK DOWN

AIBU to strip the room down to bare walls and have a bloody big bonfire to STOP THE BEEPING?

Its driving me mad

If it turns out to be something belonging to dh I'm going to see if it still beeps six inches inside his rectum.

oopslateagain - the workman has just this minute left my house after fitting a new alarm. (Turned up at 7.05pm)

The gasman then proceeded to take a HAMMER to the old one and smashed it to bits in my kitchen...said it was the only way to stop the beepbeepbeep!!!!
