Anything salty, fatty, and warm.

When i was working, always had grab bag size of cheese and onion crisps, bar of chocolate and a can of coke. And i'm afraid to say fresh air and exercise (this is why it was good to be working in a racing yard at the time )

In your position i would have sausage and beans and buttery toast with a bucketful of tea (and sugar) then sleep.

I thought that taking pills after a skinful the night before could be damaging to your kidneys - read this on a yankee forum called modern drunkards so it may not be right.

You're feeling better by now I hope but mature cheddar cheese on toast and a glass of pure OJ does wonders for me. The OJ has to be ice cold!

oh i wouldn't have had the energy for a shag lol...

had half an hours sleep at 2pm much needed now am waiting for my bedroom to warm up and am off to bed

mashed potato with fried onions on top. Mash the potato with loads of butter and a wee spot of milk. Carbohydrate from potato, fat from butter and calcium from milk will soon have you smiling again.

Nice strong cup of freshly brewed coffe, laaaarge glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, paracetamol. Long shower.
Proper breakfast: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, did I mention bacon, toast and jam. Another glass of orange juice.
Back to bed.
Works.
