to ditch my dyson and never buy another hoover ever?

My dyson doesn't suck anymore. Have cleaned the filters, checked for blockages etc etc. Am fed up.

Was looking to replace, but I don't think I want another dyson, but wouldn't want to go back to a hoover with bags.

AIBU to never buy another hoover, and just use a broom to sweep, folloed by mopping? We only have hard floors. DO I need another hoover or am IBU and slatternly to even think about not replacing?

I have a little hand held hoovering thingy to do the sofas, always have crums between the cushions.

But I have laminate flooring everywhere, so I only use those static sweeping things

Defo ditch the Dyson and get a Sebo - fab on hard floors and a hose that just slides out of the main body so no faffing with attachments (just the extender for the stairs). Agree with Doodlez it is expensive but worth it!
