how can you say lady gaga has no talent?, she writes a lot, if not most of her own songs/music, it's all a bit on the bizarre side but at least it's unique. have you heard her sing live?, she can hold a note better than most notable female singers these days.

I'd far rather have Lady GaGa than those mass produced, packaged, primped and preened fodder girl groups like Girls Aloud, The Saturdays, Sugababes or Pussytwatcat Dolls- all lip gloss, corsets barely containing fake boobs, poker stright hair and bustier tops. Or god forbid those twee little Irish twerps who used to prance around in gingham and denim a few years back - what were they called? "Bewitched" or something equally vomit-inducing - YUK!!

Lady Gaga is an absolute breath of fresh hair and has more musical talent and style in her little finger than that lot put together could ever dream of having.

Her costumes definitely set her apart. Not her songs.

If she was wearing ordinary stuff or you had your eyes shut while she was singing I don't think she would stand out at all.

She has an AMAZING voice and I love that she has used it for pop music which is usually v.looked down on.

She used to have long brown hair and wear your average pop star clothes but got nowhere. Since she has re-invented herself she has become a major player (same as Amy Winehouse) so good luck to her.

shrug. I'd MUCH rather look at Gaga than most of the generic orange-tanned, teeth-whitened etc pop girl clones out there. Is she 'trying too hard'? Possibly. But her music is catchy and the outfits are often entertaining, so more power to her.
