Imagine walking around a lovely calm English garden, the gentle breeze rustling the leaves of the tree.
You look up into the branches and see this

Do you
a) shit yourself
b) scream or
c) both

So, Jack, just what were you googling to find that website? It's truly bizarre...

Rollmops · 04/03/2010 09:45

Both.
And then...

.....[thump]

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 04/03/2010 09:48

oooh lovely - just what I've been looking for

Mrsdoasyouwouldbedoneby · 04/03/2010 09:50

That is one freaky painting... and a bizarre garden addition. The painting tho is bizarre and freaky enough, kind of like Chucky (the girl, she is a doll right?). No wonder people had nightmares, I mean what sort of person would THINK of displaying it in a child's bedroom!

Lotster · 04/03/2010 09:53

These pics are rather funny. The suspender legged table is ace.

It's funny when you're searching innocently for something and stumble on something completely wronnnng. Like when I was simply looking for a babygro for my son and came across this site

JackBauer · 04/03/2010 09:55

Sorry to have scared you all. I will punich myself

It was actually linked to from teh Metro website. Christ knows what you would google to find that

Do you remeber those awful bloody doll things that looked like a child looking into the corner or something - they used to freak her out too Our secret santas at work used to be a freak out fest, each trying to screw the other over more - i miss work

LEMisdiscombobulated · 04/03/2010 10:27

Shriekingharpy - i am having an odd response right now, that fucking horrible!!!!! ugghhhhhh now I need eyeball bleach and its not even rude!

LEMisdiscombobulated · 04/03/2010 10:28

LEMisdiscombobulated · 04/03/2010 10:29

yes jack, those!!!

itsmeitsmeolord · 04/03/2010 10:32

eeewwww! I clicked on Lotsters link and there were 8 other people viewing the site and now I am thinking why are they viewing and what are they doing and I am feeling sick and I have to go aaarrrrgh.

(my old childminder had one of those hoover covers. It lived halfway up the stairs and scared small children and pets.)

SnotBaby · 04/03/2010 10:34

Yes yes I do! See above! Google crybaby doll.

Sometimes I think I am beginning to understand human nature a little bit, and then something like this pops up. Why, why, why do so many people seem to think that a distressed child undergoing punishment would make a cute ornament. It seems they also serve as a phone or remote control holder. FGS people, buy a coffee table.

MrsPixie · 04/03/2010 10:35

all of the above

SnotBaby · 04/03/2010 10:39

Wasn't there a thread in chat once with everyone finding odd "collectables" to link to, sculptures of Elvis riding a dolphin and such? So, so funny. I had to keep leaving the PC to get my breath back.

LEMisdiscombobulated · 04/03/2010 10:45

I showed myself up horribly once, went to a carft fair with DD, who was in a buggy and completely oblivious. First thing i was confronted with was porcelain dolls, they were newborn babies - oh, my skin litterally crawled and i just uttered, quite loudly "oh my god they look like dead babies" They were truly vile, but not quite as vile as the poor woman who had obviously made thems face when she was scowling at me - they were technically brilliant but ugghhhh, why would you want something like that in your house?

Kneazle · 04/03/2010 10:45

now i will never get any work done, who buys this stuff

why?

SnotBaby · 04/03/2010 10:50

DEEP JOY, I have found the shop we were laughing at last time...

They have a page devoted to suggestions for Mother's Day Gifts

If my family buy me this I will run from room to room wailing like a banshee
