Hi, had a clear out of my sons things and sold some of it on Ebay, we have 100% feedback 434 feedbacks!
sold 4 lots of different things on same day, a friday - sent them all monday, not recorded, but i have the receipt showing i paid for 4 different packages,
3 have been recieved and had great feedback, but 1 person hasn't recieved the item, it was only a £3.99 item ( swimming shorts )
and tbh ive never had an item ive sent not show up before so do i give refund or not?
Its not really my fault the PO didn't/havent sent it on time or they have lost it etc.
should the buyer go to their sorting office and see if its there?
please advice would be welcomed!
