to fucking hate rugby!

I don't actually hate the sport, in fact i quite like watching it but we were meant to be going out for a nice family day to day but now Dh is at the little park near us with DS as we couldn't get out of the house early enough as Dh had to go for a run this morning and we would have to be back for 2pm so that he can watch the build up to the italy v england game and then the game itself, while he sits and drinks lots of beer (it's impossible to watch rugby without drinking).

I hated playing rugby at school. My dad was really into it and played for his university, but the sports gene seemed to bypass me. I like watching it now, though - maybe it helps to know I will never have to handle a ball again in my life.

It's a game of strategy, like chess with skill and violence. It's all about gaining ground and outwitting your opponents.
