agree with you ImSo.....it is just awful. She was clearly absolutely tortured and he had been so unlucky to have the injuries he did. So sad for everyone. It seems clear that she was so convinced that he was 'in hell' as she put it that she did this in the full knowledge that she would serve the time and was prepared to do so. Whether she was right or wrong she was obviously someone living in their own hell. What kind of place must it be, where you feel that the 'best' choice you have is to kill your own son?

lovelycoffee · 20/01/2010 18:33

I agree, just an awful situation that no one would want to be in, and from the outside its impossible to be judgemental of her. To see her child suffer like that must have beeen torture for her and act outside of normal boundaries.

PlantHasABabyBean · 20/01/2010 18:40

Does anybody know how he got the injuries in the first place? He fell out of a moving ambulance????? How?

CirrhosisByTheSea · 20/01/2010 18:43

Sounds to me as if he was in a drunken brawl - he'd been in a fight and was being taken to hosp but didn't want to go

Awassailinglookingforanswers · 20/01/2010 18:47

agree with wannabe here especially her sentiments of if this was a doctor..........or perhaps even a father...........

Jimmychasesducks · 20/01/2010 18:52
