Lazy slattern that I am, dd was 12 weeks in that picture. She's 2.8 now. The PFB effort wore out after 4 months.

I used to then I noticed that not many others did so I felt a bit .....dunno really...vulnerable I suppose so I deleted it.

Im one of those who doesnt put up pics myself but gets annoyed if someone else doesnt as am very nosey.

I dont put them up as really would prefer to remain anonymous just incase as I've posted quite personal things on here and wouldnt like anyone in RL to identify.

Am also possibly ott about putting pics of children on the net, but thats just me.

I have one and love to nosy at other peoples, usually when someone makes a comment that makes me chuckle or annoys me, then I can put a face to it!

No way will I put a profile /photos of myself up.I live in such a small place and could be very easily identified.I'm a pretty private person and would hate people in RL to know stuff about me from here.In fact,may have to namechange soon,because I mentioned to a friend that I go on MN,and she says she is going to come on here too,to see what it's like.

Ahhhh! I just been redoing my profile, adding pics of DD and changing some of the details, click on save, and the fucking thing disppears!!! Just had to type it all out again.

I love looking at profiles, but I'm too shy and paranoid to have one of my own.

I think that I recognise a couple of mumsneters from RL, and I would hate them to know I know who they are, if that makes sense! Or worse still, them to recognise me!

But that's no excuse, I could have one without photos though, couldn't I?

I have the absolute minimum on mine - I value my privacy too much. I don't want to have to faff about namechanging everytime I want to ask something personal/rant about life.

No profile pics here. Mumsnet is completely open and you could have half the planet viewing your pics and all the info about you.

Now Ravelry I am happy to put a pic on of my sons or me wearing something I've made, because Rav is members only and you have to sign in before you can even see your OWN profile never mind anyone else's.

Yes i'm the same, private person and other reasons, i dread someone reading my threads that i know in real, plus even if i wanted too i couldnt because i cant remember my email
