Not the word Jiz, but there is some similar hilarity in replacing the word wand with willy in the Harry Potter books. Me and DH were in creases with some of the lines.

If I'm really bored at work I will 'save as' a copy of some boring report and then do a Search & Replace exercise:

Managers with Trolls/wizards
Company with oh, I dunno, Brothel etc
