In all seriousness though, aren't the "sultry" poses a tad OTT for the little girls....what happened to smiling rather than all the pouts, shoulders exposed, bums pushed out etc...

Sadly, TLE, the children and/or their parents are just copying what they see in the media.

Personally, I like seeing children look like children. I hate mini-adult clothing, too. But I've a feeling its going to be an ongoing issue/battle with my DD, who at 5 has already decided she doesn't like flowery dresses any more...

Have you seen the prize draw prixes for this competition? Primarily seem to be trips for 2, very much aimed at adults!

I can't wait fir the sodding competition to be over to clear chat boards from all the shameless begging for votes, but it's not very MN in my opinion to be quite so bitchy about other people's kids.

Rant over. I'm sick of this competition, it's not a true search for the prettiest, it's find the people who can blah the most votes. And the actions of the people who are desperately scrounging for votes brings out all the prejudices against kids that model.
