The other morning I had a bowl of shreddies. My stomach has been a bit dodgy lately so I only ate half. I then left the half uneaten bowl of shreddies on the kitchen side and came back into the living room to watch a movie with my son.

DP later starts washing up. He then brings said bowl into the living room and asked who's it was he knew full well it would have been mine as I'm the only person in the house that eats shreddies.

So I said "mine" so he placed it on the sofa next to me and said "thank you" and went back into the kitchen I asked what he was on about and he said "you didn't scrape it"

I was really, really angry. IMO it was like treating me like a 5 year old. I left it unscraped to make a point but I'm still angry.

Of course, the OP would have gone under the radar if it has been home made muesli and not shreddies.

I am a terrible troll spotter as well. Came a cropper last night, was sure I spotted one so said something cheeky. Then felt awful when I looked up the OP and she seemed decent and lovely.

Lesson - always check old posts. And best to let someone else do the J'accuse bit.

I don't know an awful lot about Shreddies, but Weetabix would have turned to cement. My advice is for the OP to eat Weetabix in future so that her DP can throw the cement-filled bowl at her instead of placing it next to her on the sofa.
