To think a travel cot should not say in its instructions "do not leave child unattended"

OK so have been looking for a trave cot for a weeks holiday next month, have just clicked on the Asda baby event and found this cot, great I thought £25 its only a fiver more than hiring one. Then saw this about not leaving a child unattended Well whats the point of that then, or is it me and thats what it says about all travel cots?

probably means when the baby is awake, but its not exactly clear is it?!

I would assume unattended would mean, have a monitor on. Not that you have to stand there and watch it sleep.

But I could be wrong!

Ridiculous. But yes, I'm sure it's in case of litigation. 25 quid is cheap too, I got ours for 48! I use it as a permanent cot tho to get as much value out of it...

Yeah knows its really cheap was going get a cheap one, ahve also been looking on ebay, and then get a proper matress for it.

Glad its not just me, been awake since 2am so brain not working and needed the mn jury

Every single piece of baby equipment says that, so if any accident happens with it they can say, well we told you not to leave the child unattended.
Meaningless, don't worry about it.
