Here's a woman that's terrified of her real age - but constantly flashing your gusset at everyone doesn't give you back your youth.

She's going to become like McCartney isn't she and just not be able to let go and keep making ever shiteous records - instead of bowing out and leaving behind a great legacy and a bit of mystery.

All of Madonna's videos seem to be the same song, and her camel toe getting shoved in our faces. I know she's all 'Ooo look at me I'm old but I look 20' but who cares? And I don't know anyone who 'wants her body' like she always sings. Who's she appealing to?

And has she actually ever given birth? If so she will have a kebab fanjo like the rest of us that should be tucked away at all times. My mum wouldn't behave like she does and they're the same age.

i was front row at a Madonna performance a couple of years ago - when she was in her disco and leotard phase and believe me she needed to 'tuck herself in' down there.

She doesn't look as good for her age as other women of similar vintage - Michelle Pfeiffer, Kate Bush, even the Bananarama girls have more glamour and dignity.

It is a bit sad though when you think of some of the great videos she did in the past - 'Vogue' or 'Like a Prayer'.

Most teenagers think their parents are embarrassing. If Lourdes does, she will actually have a point.

I've never liked her music and have always found her rather quaint, especially the way she tries to shock. It's all so tired

I never thought I would say this, but Madonna has been harping on the same for the last 10-15 years, and it is about time she thought about retirement. She is clearly past it when she is neither able to come up with something new, nor follow the current music trends properly.

She's past it now, she's just rehashing old songs. t never seems to sit with her 'other image'. All holier than thou, tea dress wearing saviour of our evil telly watching souls.

I thought she was growing up when she released ray of light. There was some beautiful music there, (imo). She become oddly trashy again since then.

If she's the Queen of reinvention, I'd like to see her invent herself as somebody who is totally insouciant about ageing. Not somebody who is obviously terrifed of ageing, depressed about ageing. And fgs, she's only 51. If she were French she would be gearing up for a decade in chanel now.

She wrote some cracking children's bboks though.
