to kick up a fuss with dc school

Just after the easter break this yr my daughter got a letter from school saying that they had registered to a maths internet site where the children can access from home with a password that the school would send home... a few weeks later my daughter comes home excited that she has her login name and password (all lovely and laminated for her...We tried to log on together and an error came up saying that my dd has to be assigned a class and to contact the school...
I spoke to her teacher who told me because my dd is in another maths group i should talk to that teacher(bearing in mind that she is in primary school and this was her class teacher) I did this and was told it would be sorted out.

Now today I go to school and the maths TA tells me she has spoken to the Teacher(someone else now) woh sets this up and she is unable to set up as she is teaching and its nearly end off term....and the reason i'm ticked off is that now my daughter cannot enjoy this experience that all her class mates will over the summer break...so dd is upset...why send the letter and put my dd hopes up

speak to the teacher, explain how keen dd is and ask if there's any way you can gety logged on to it

I had spoken to the the class teacher- then the teacher that teaches dd maths and she is the one telling me mrs X is saying that she cannot sort it out as she is in class teaching!!
but i feel it is not my fault that they conked it up and it is not as if i am asking for special treatment(have done this recently re some other matter)

please advise next step keeping in mind left message in office for mrs X to contact me as she was teaching this morn!!now gone midday so she couldhave called during morning break or lunchtime

UPDATE::::At the end of the day I approached the head of there yr who was covering dd's class today...I spoke to her and she goes that she has tried to logon and ammend dd login but could not access the site...she said she and mrs x were trying to sort it out... I pointed out that I had left my details for mrs X to contact me and the head of yr said that she had collected that message and that is why they were trying to fix it...so I'm glad that they are trying to sort it out better than the explaination i got this morning that mrs X cant get out off class to do it...head of year made sure she at least tried!!!
