to think that £744 for a flight to Boston is a complete and utter rip-off?

Totally shocked at finding this was the cheapest for one adult to fly to Boston in July. In economy! For two of us plus one small DD it would be over £1600!!! We are now not going and I am well pissed off.

I know the pound is crap against the dollar just now, but when I looked at the same flight last year, for May this year, it was only £260 each. How can it have gone up nearly 300%?

Grumble, grumble, grumble.....

Kayak is brilliant... I've found a BA to Vancouver for £633. Am going to check on Can Affaire now. Thanks thanks infin!!! You guys are stars, I know I'll be booking one of these flights!

And I've just realised DH and I have enough Aeroplan points to get us from Vancouver to Terrace... which is usually the killer, pricewise! Yay! We are all going after all :-)

Thing is, I don't mind paying up to £650, as its peak time and all, but I draw the line at almost a grand, y'know what I mean?

That's great MichKit, hope you all have a fab time.
