to get annoyed every time I receive a bill from BT?

As I find it incomprehensible. I have no idea what I am paying for however long I study it for. I wonder whether this is deliberate.

I switched to an all in 1 package from my ISP due to BT's bills being a complete laod of twoddle, plus them charging me £5 admin fee for not having the bill on DD.

They are an appalling company. We moved in here a year ago and wanted to get the landline setup. The previous owners said that they had a BT landline and they had it cut off the day they moved out. So we ring up BT...please can we get landline service (just that, no bb, no complications)...BT say well that will be £125 because there has never been a BT landline at this property before . So I say, well actually there was, I have the number of it and you only cut it off a couple of days ago. They say "People tell lies - the previous owner is lying to you - there was no landline ". But they say they will look into it. They find the landline and they connect mine. THEN they proceed to steal the £125 from our account!!!!! Having stolen it and been informed of this, they refused to refund the money, they said I could have it as a credit against future bills. My bills are not high and it took months for this money to be recovered in credits.

As well, later on we got BB. One of the pieces of hardware broke after 12 months. We had to purchase a new one from the BT shop (it was the size of a pen). Next day delivery was over £9!!!!!! They are just total robbers.

When you phone them, you can go round in circles for an hour - their services are so shameful.

my sister has no chocice but to have BT as no other provider is allowed in her house (HA home their rules)
In Aug she moved in and asked for internet and landline, 12 weeks later they finally connected it all.......then disconnected it because they sent a bill for the 12 weeks that sis had waited for connection and sis refused to pay! After numerous lengthy calls BT agreed to give sis a years free broadband and credited her account £300 and reconnected everything......great! 4 weeks ago sis lost internet and landline connection so rang BT who said they had cut her off cos she owed £40 landline costs BUT the bill was not due to be paid for 14 days!!!!!!!!! Sis got reconnected on monday BUT now has her 3rd number as each time they cut her off she has to have new number! All this and they have also had 2 home hubs sent and both have been ruubbish!
