A mate of DH's has had this on off relationship with an odd looking but yummy british actor for a while (who I totally love but have never met) anyhow it's her birthday so DH has been out on a pub crawl all day with her. Just had a drunken text from him- apparently he has spent afternoon chatting to said actor about erm well lets just say I have an odd career that is anecdote full, and he has been sharing my anecdotes with him (which I am very jealous about but secretly chuffed!).

Nargh! (I didnt go because I can't cope with pub crawls and is mainly DH's mates so I get a bit lost after an hour or so- hmmm maybe I should go join......)

Frankly, sexual health anecdotes will be far more interesting than an actor.

DH says he has gone now. (Maybe he is lying because he doesn't want me to join em because when I nonchalently texted back "oh I meant to join you not him" he erm hasn't replied since with his whereabouts!

Anyhow I would be such a starstruck lovesick teenager in his presence it really would be unbearably cringeworthy- and I would get all flustered and bring out the BAD anecdotes and he would think I was a freak. (well erm more than he might at the minute- as drillbit dildo woman!)

I once ended up drunkenly chatting to Jude Law and Rhys Ifans in a pub in the West End - they sat at the table me and my friends were on. It was great fun, but that's because I didn't fancy either of them and was well drunk merry. Some of my star struck friends couldn't believe some of our chat (like me telling Jude the reason I hadn't seen any of his films since Talented Mr Ripley cos they all looked shit or when he told me what an amazing dad he is and I just said "two words Jude - the nanny"...)

Haven't got to speak to DH yet as he was just communicating by text so will get the goss later tonight when he comes home or more likely tommorrow.

There were lots of other Jude Law highlights - me and Jude bonded man...I was like "Y'know, I always thought you seemed like a knob but you're quite lovely in person". He was all that'll be because of the evil tabloids (this was at the height of his on/off Sienna thing).

My DH (then fiancee) spoke more to Rhys Ifans, who seems like an utterly nice bloke.

When Rhys Ifans then went out with Sienna I decided that whole Primrose Hill crowd are like a bunch of teenagers (at least when I was a teenager we all went out with each other so you ended up with this strange group with lots of "well, she went out with him but then dumped him and now goes out with his sisters ex-boyf" type scenarios).

Just spoke to DH on phone, apparently the topics of conversation were cider shits (dodgy tum induced by drinking too much cider) and drilling dildos!

Oh dear- I hope CE wasn't looking for intellectual convo! Oh and CE is possibly single- he came along for DH's mates birthday do as a friend- they aren't together anymore- poor thing! I am so so so devastated I missed out now. I have had such a dull day (and am still in my jammies ) and instead I could have met him.... (then again second thoughts- I love my DH very much and would hate to start my next AIBU thread.... AIBU to leave my husband for CE! so probably a good idea I didn't go- because erm OBVIOUSLY he would have totally fallen for me- after all I do a mean condom demo (blindfolded, one handed ;) what man could resist?)

Well speaking as someone with a relative who ran the theatre where he often worked a couple of years back, he has LOTS of women on a, erm, temporary basis, and is right up his own botty.

This is all of course unsubstantiated hearsay. And she is a lesbian so she wasn't jealous!!!
