They don't play music (often) but they just SHOUT all the time. Sometimes arguments but more often just SHOUTING and playing games. I am currently in the house, about 150 ft away from their garden, and I can here them perfectly clearly shouting "OVER HERE! YOU WANKER!" and stuff like that.

It is CONSTANT during the weekends on nice days. I feel like taping it and sending it to the council...

The thing is, I've already complained (about a year ago) about their dog (who barked all day when they were at work). But now I want to complain about THEM. AIBU?

MP.

I have neighbours who vandalised our car after we reported their teenage boys to the council. They runined one summer that we lived here, I didnt want them to ruin another.

We still have a few problems with them but once they realised we wasnt afraid to involve the authorites its been a hell of a lot better.

Sorry a blatent hijack now about the point on climbing frames and neighbours complaining - do they really do that?

Reason for asking is that DH and I are considering putting one at the end of our garden. We have neighbours at the back - the side of their house faces the end of our garden PLUS the end of our garden is higher that the bit by the house, by some margin. We do want to put the frame up at the end by all this talk about people complaining and the ability for children to overlook into others gardens, etc. has got me thinking that we too may be the subject of complaint if we do this.

So - what is the score re planning, etc.? Neighbours next door but 1 have built a chalet thing at the end of their garden which they had one of their sons living in for a while - without planning permission - but do I really need to check with the council for this?

HandbagAddiction Put a clibing frame up by all means but do it thoughtfully.

If possible keep the frame away from the fence and maybe put some trellis up/plant some tree's to obscure the view of the frame from the neighbours garden.

I know I wouldn't have any problems at all with the neighbours trampoline if it weren't rammed up against our shared fence.
