I live in a disabled access HA house
we have a hoist in the lounge
dd is 14 and has cp and needs hoisting(thats why HA had hoist put in)#hoist has gone wrong, it is not charging, so it stopped half way through lifting her!!
so monday I reported it.
I am still waiting, even though I explained(3 times) the circs.
can I ask to speak to supervissor and let rip(they get paid more than person who answers phone) I am
