To complain about rude tesco delivery driver?

I have just had my tesco delivery and the bloke came to the door with his little computer thing, as they do. All smiles, nice and chatty and then as I handed the computer thing back, I noticed that the head of his willy was sticking out the top of his trousers! He saw me looking and just grinned at me before walking back to get my stuff. I assumed he'd put it away before coming back but he didn't and I noticed my lettuce was resting against it as he walked back to my door.

AIBU to complain? I'm sure it wasn't an accident.

I've only signed the computer thingy when all the shopping has been brought in the house. I've never signed before the shopping is in. Else how do you know what you're signing for?
