That's it really. Sick of glottal stops. Was sitting behind a woman on the train the other day, who was going through the alphabet with her daughter (Na'alie, sister Ka'ie) saying "Wha' le''er is tha'?"

But I think I am fighting a losing battle.

For me, the issue is that people make judgements based on how someone speaks. I don't want that to happen to my children. The glottal stop, missing consonants on the end of words, and lazy, unimaginative use of language are, in my opinion, the opposite of articulate - and I want them to be seen as articulate, not the opposite.
