I wouldn't dream of buying the Daily Mail, unspeakable rag! (I read it online instead, great showbiz gossip

Hope you feel better soon btw

But loads of people on mn do read the DM. How come so many people link to it?!

Kathyis6incheshigh · 02/04/2009 10:23

Would love to Bellavita
I will hopefully be more mobile by then anyway. I will be back at work but I usually work from home 2 days a week and if I start early to make up for it I can take a coffee break at some point, or we can do it at the weekend .

Tsarchasm - I think loads of people on MN skim through a range of newspapers online, v different from being a regular reader who identifies with a paper.
(That's my story and I'm sticking to it.)

TsarChasm · 02/04/2009 10:28

Oh...I see.

I don't get the newspaper hysteria on here anyway. It's only a paper.

Shineon - like the description of the DM as a guilty pleasure!

My mother is a DM and/or Express reader - worst combo ever. She passes on to me "useful" articles cut out from the newspapers - usually about if you eat blue cheese on a Thursday under a full moon you might DIE or some such crap.

Shiner · 02/04/2009 10:51

In order to give up something I like for Lent, I gave up reading the DM online.

What happened? I started reading Mumsnet instead.

Hmmm....
