My MIL has just bought some for my dcs (7,5 and 2.5). We don't get on anyway and so my judgement is sometimes clouded by how I feel about her.
I really don't want my children to eat them and can imagine them pretending to 'smoke'....makes my skin crawl.
FIL has now told my DCs what tey were called in his day, made so much worse.....
Do I stick to my guns and say no?

I am pro sweets (sounds silly I know) as I was deprived, of sweets, as a child and had a fascination with sweets and chocolate my whole life!!!!

What do they look like? My ds gets Spiderman candy sticks with the tattoo which look nothing like cigarettes to a child but would remind us of the old sweet ciggies that used to be on sale.

If it is those, YABU
