To think this transport service should be reported

I have been made aware of a transport service that provides extreemly fast transportation, however it does not seem to be staffed adiquitely. It does not stay on a path and so is at great danger of running over smaller people who cannot move fast enough to get out of its frankly erratic path. Passengers have to be strapped in and even then they get very badly shaken. Yet people seem quite happy to use this method of transport due to time constraints. I am most concerned.

Huh?

commuterhell · 19/02/2009 15:04

Have you not seen it advertised on the TV? It seems to be based in a rural area.

Stop trolling....

mayorquimby · 19/02/2009 15:05

if it's mothers with strollers hitting into your heels and then staring at you as though it was your fault and you just assaulted their precios kid then no yanbu.

cherryblossoms · 19/02/2009 15:05

Is this the one with the owl in it?

Or is it very long, with lots of wheels?

georgiemum · 19/02/2009 15:05

Kids on bike seats?

random · 19/02/2009 15:06

????

theyoungvisiter · 19/02/2009 15:06

is this run by the Ninkynonk Transportation co by any chance?

Their sister company Pinkyponk Air also has safety issues IMO.

I don't understand why safety belts are required on board the Ninkynonk but not the Pinkyponk, when midair collisions seem frequent. There are also no safety demonstrations and apparently no oxygen provided.

georgiemum · 19/02/2009 15:07

Ahhh. Try yelling 'did my knee/ ankle/ heel/ shin damage your pram???'. That usually has the desired effect.

MitchyInge · 19/02/2009 15:07

well it's not my land rover is it

stabs commuterhell in the face with an apple core

commuterhell · 19/02/2009 15:08

Young visitor that sounds familiar. The advert I saw this afternoon showed it going up a fucking tree The reistration on the one I saw was N1N KY7

You had to mention you have a land rover. You'd better duck then...

I feel a decline coming on...

NotaChance · 19/02/2009 15:09

Ho-hum - bored now...

theyoungvisiter · 19/02/2009 15:10

I have also seen 3 passengers riding the Pinkyponk without trousers - I hardly think this is appropriate for public transport, yet no staff raised this as a concern.

Wizzska · 19/02/2009 15:11

Theyoungvisitor - the Pinky Ponk is padded inside so you don't need seat belts.

MitchyInge · 19/02/2009 15:11

I can't help it if I am swamped in genuine despair

really worried there is something pathological about my feelings for it

commuterhell · 19/02/2009 15:11

Thats disgusting

I hate to say this but the majority of the users seem rather overweight and seem to struggle to get the belts around their tummies.

eh ? [emoticon for bewilderment]

Stretch · 19/02/2009 19:05

Haven't read whole of thread, but presume it is In the Night Garden.

There are so many CBeebies troll threads - worryingly I always spot them .
