To worry about the professionalism of our nursery teacher? Don't think I am.

Background:
we have a lovely nursery here and all the children seem happy enough. The woman who runs it is friendly, smiley, very welcoming when you arrive. She is very musical which I like and often sings and dances with the children which is great.

But...

The other day the nursery was closed (due to snow I guess) and I saw her out of the nursery and her behaviour worried me a little.

She was singing, as she does, but i overheard her words and they were all about how happy she was to be off work
To the point that it made me wonder if she even enjoys her job at all.
Is it just a front for the parents when we are around?

Surely a true professional wouldn't make quite such a song and dance about 'not working'? Are my children in the right place with her? Should I try and find another nursery? (though there isn't another one in our village).

oh yes, i love her singing but some day just want to take a shot gun to school to shut her up!! Oh OMG think they could get a bigger school bus so i wasnt crammed in with all these kids and that silly police men, that hangs around a lot

lisa - he can't be a real policeman, he hardly ever does any work! about once a week he helps someone out but that's it!
