Eh, when, why, how? I missed it!

2shoesformyvalentine · 03/02/2009 22:06

aiden is cute, I want to mother him

Ashantai · 03/02/2009 22:16

I am so glad i'm not the only one who cried like a baby. I feel so sorry for poor Tony and my OH saying "its just a programme!" made me want to punch him in the face!

H&A is the only soap that makes me care enough about the characters to cry. Dont get me started when Flynn died, (even tho the original Flynn was way cuter )

And i also admit to wanting to do unspeakable things to Aden

SexyLacyKnickersOnMaHead · 03/02/2009 22:23

WHAT HAPPENED TO JACK???????

muggglewump · 03/02/2009 23:20

Cute? Slayerette?
I went straight for hot. I call bunnies cute, or, y,know, baby monkies or hamsters and such.
Aden is hot!!!

pushes slayerette into sea and forgets to call Lifeguard (in Home and Away type scenario)

FairLadyRantALot · 04/02/2009 12:25

ahantai....h&a has that effect on me, too...
and as for Flynn....well...that was so so sad...

slayerette · 04/02/2009 17:56

Cute and hot and oh my god when he takes his shirt off...

Ashantai · 04/02/2009 20:23

You do realse muggglewump and slayerette, that while you are fighting for Adens affections, he and I are walking off into the sunset hand in hand.....

slayerette · 05/02/2009 11:24
Sheeta · 05/02/2009 12:25

loon.

muggglewump · 05/02/2009 22:22

But......due to having one sip of beer and half a toke of a spliff Melody runs onto the road in front of the car. Car crashes and Slayerette dies
In another twist that could only happen in Summer Bay, Aden forgets Slayerette in oooh ten minutes and returns to his true love Mugggle who got out of the storm drain and left Ashantai to rot.
Muwhahhahaha

Stayingsunnygirl · 05/02/2009 23:23

Well, whilst you ladies are fighting over Aden, I'll make do with Roman. Tall, handsome, brave, ex-soldier - and he cooks - what more could a girl want??

Ashantai · 05/02/2009 23:41

Hmm forgot about Roman ! I remember when he was doing his commando role in the jungle trying to rescue Nicole, he's very buff indeed.

Also had a major crush on Ric who was forever whipping off his top and rushing into the sea to rescue some damsel in distress, mmmm

H&A really do have some major yumminess going on!

But for now....Aden is found washed up on the beach, shot, stabbed, poisoned and beaten around the head! Cue muggle and slayerette sobbing into their hankies and throwing themselves on his coffin as it is slowly lowered into the ground..meanwhile,
after discovering that Aden has infact been placed into witness protection and is fit and healthy, Ashantai toasts her new husband and prepares for a honeymoon to remember!

Ohh i have too much time on my hands and an overactive imagination

hayley2u · 05/02/2009 23:45

TinkerBellesMumandFiFi2 · 06/02/2009 00:02

They can't do the WP storyline again! Although when has that ever stopped H&A? I would love for it to not be true, maybe that conversation between Martha and Jack was real?

Ashantai ditto, I couldn't get over the change! H&A don't care about changing the actor and even trying to keep it real.

muggglewump · 06/02/2009 00:14

Apparently Drew left Home and Away as he was sick of the storylines involving him taking of his top for no apparent reason
Surely that is the beauty of the show?

;)

Ashantai · 06/02/2009 00:32

Tink, i was gutted when orig Flynn went. I remember thinking WTF!! I mean for a start orig Flynn had flowing locks and was gorgeous!

How could they replace him with a hobbit!

Still blubbed like a baby when he died tho . But to be fair i was reacting to poor Sally's anguish.

H&A really do sad scenes well.

And Mugggle, you dark horse, have fun with ya bunny

negril · 06/02/2009 00:46

you are sad what is wrong with you sad people i dont get i dont watch home and away and after this reaction i will never watch ever. why?

Ashantai · 06/02/2009 01:13

aww negril, you dont know what you are missing!

Fit blokes, great weather, interesting storylines and none of the depressingness (its a word!) of EE which i still only watch out of habit!

Like i said earlier, its the only soap that makes me feel anything for the characters and if that makes me sad (yes i KNOW its just a programme!), then call me miss sad of sad street, sadville!

myredcardigan · 06/02/2009 01:47

Is this the same Jack that Pippa took in with the big chunky trainers and black very gelled hair? Think he lived there with Sally.

myredcardigan · 06/02/2009 01:54

And is Martha Frank and Roo's daughter? What happened to her parents?

Oh she wasn't Frank's, was she? She was the tall Rich bloke's whose sister was the blonde woman whose boyfriend was steven's uncle and died in the fire the day they were due to leave summer bay. Fire in the office that Frank and Roo worked in. Sister was Stacey, can't remember brother who was Martha's dad though.

I think I stopped watching it when Sophie got pregnant with Guy Pearce's baby but nobody knew until after he'd been run over by the ginger haired girl who was Blake's sister who lived with Alf and Ailsa.

negril · 06/02/2009 01:55

Home and away i will watch it for a little while. Just to see what its all about.

TinkerBellesMumandFiFi2 · 06/02/2009 02:17

different Jack. Just looked that Jack up and he looks like Declan from Neighbours

Martha's parents are Brett Macklin and Ruth "Roo" Stewart.

Stayingsunnygirl · 06/02/2009 09:18

Blimmin' 'eck, myredcardigan - I have clearly missed far too many episodes!!

Yes, I confess it, I used to watch H&A every day, but got out of the habit some years back - but now I have seen the error of my ways and I'm back and I'm staying - thanks to the joys of sky+! H&A and Neighbours on series link - that's my afternoons sorted out!!
