I know its a rubbish film but I like it.

Some eejit let dd watch a clip of Childsplay last year and ever since she has been whinging that just looking at my dvd scares her. It used to be locked in a glass fronted cuboard where she couldn't get at it, but she made me move it as she could see the picture through the glass.

I moved it into the other cuboard, not locked but confident that she wouldn't attempt to watch it again. Thing is she sometimes looks in that cuboard so asked for me to move it again where she couldn't see it.

I moved it to behind a box on a wondow sill she cannot reach. But today some one must have moved the box and you see the dvd case again. She is now making her usual fuss and telling me to throw it out. DH says that I should throw it out. I paid good money for that dvd and don't see why I should have to throw it out because a five year old is being dramatic. I don't mind finding a new hiding place but I think throwing a perfectly good dvd in the bin is ott don't you?

DD thought LOTR was 'boring' and only watched the first ten mins after having nagged and nagged and nagged to be able to watch it because every one at dancing was talking about it.

I think she watched a bit of the end later.

My dad watched the first one three times because he thought he kept falling asleep as he could never remember seeing the end. Me and my sister were going to tell him it was a trilogy but it was too funny
