To be upset when DD wastes my expressed milk?

Im not upset with DD in the slightest, but its so depressing having to tip my expressed BM away because I warmed it up from the fridge .

YANBU, I got so upset if my DS3 "wasted" ebm that I wuld mix it with cows milk and give it to DS1 and 2.

I don't think you're being unreasonable...breast feeding - and therefore breast milk - is precious and therefore presious-ness about it is totally understandable. I expressed a lot of milk for DS2, but a combination of me not returning to work as I had with DS1 (thereby him needing it at the childminder's) and DS2 not taking to any cup or bottle when away from me meant it's freezer life expired. When I had to throw it all away I howled. Daft I know, but there we are...! YANBU.
